My reactions to 2 recent Bollywood blockbusters:
Happy New Year:
1.Go to Kitchen.
2.Take one dabba filled with Kadle kai (Ground nut).
3. Close the lid. Shake it thoroughly.
4. Now take it to the bed room.
5. Open the lid.
6. Spill the kadle kais on floor.
7. Now start picking the kadle kais one by one again.
8. Start filling them back to the dabba. Close the lid.
9. Take the dabba back to kitchen.
10. Repeat steps 1 to 9 for 2 hours.
This my friends, is a much better way of passing time than watching Happy New year. So much for the Great Indian Masala film!

Chennai Express:
Well, this is supposed to be a comedy and the only thing that made me laugh is the fact that something like this collected 300 fucking crores!! This is the kind of film in which even someone like Navjot SIngh SIdhdhu would have a hard time laughing. But then compared to Jai Ho this one is much better. I could sit and complete it because of Sharukh's charm and some good looking locations and the supposedly exotic setting. I like non nonsensical comedies, In fact I have liked films like Garam Masala, Bhagham Bhag, No Entry and such. But this one just did not work. And Deepika Padukone gets the award for the most irritating accent of the year.
